Intense knee pain - My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2026

So I had a horrible sleep last night, because I had intense pain on my right knee.

I was dreaming about the pain and was waking up to the intense pain.

I started walking immediately and stayed busy all day.

In the last hour, a little pain has returned around my knee.

I worked in the backyard for a couple hours and did a quick but strenuous workout. I probably moved 500 pounds of weight today.

I finished the @actifit activity day with a long walk around the park and then out to the town city limit sign.

I hope to feel less pain during tonight's sleep.
