The 4 of Us - My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2026
Another first time with the 3 speed bicycle purchased last month.
All 3 boys joined me on the usual ride to the nearby town.
I only pushed hard at green lights because all the extras weight was almost too much. I didn't have the energy to start the ride, but my inner voice convinced me to jump on the saddle.
I stopped after the turnaround so @theharvey and @daniel-san could switch trailers.
The scenery was amazing during the ride and the temperatures are much cooler.
I worked in the backyard for a few hours and did a hard workout with a 50 pound plate.
The utility work in the front of the house escalated to digging up the road and dragging 2000 pound plates over the trench.
Sleep is going to be super enjoyable tonight.
