¡Hola Hivers!, espero que estén muy bien.

Mi día marchaba tranquilo, había hecho planes para estar en casa, en familia, luego de terminar algunas labores del hogar, pero para mi gran sorpresa todo fue cambiado y llenándose de detalles que me sorprendieron y aquí le comparto lo más importante.

Iniciando con que me enviaron de regalo una rica torta tres leches, es un postre muy rico que trata de un bizcocho mojado en tres tipos de leches: condensada, crema de leche y evaporada y se decora con merengue napolitano y caramelo para darle ese toque crocante. Me encantó, estaba deliciosa y endulzó mi tarde.

A las horas me dicen que viene de visita un amigo que estaba fuera del país y me arregle para recibirlo, nos tomamos unos Cocteles y luego se nos unió otra amiga. Tuvimos noche genial, nos reímos, hicimos llamadas a amigos que están fuera del país.

Un día relajado, terminó es un día movido con amigos. Por más días así.

Starting with the fact that they sent me a rich tres leches cake as a gift, it is a very rich dessert that is a sponge cake soaked in three types of milk: condensed, cream and evaporated milk and decorated with Neapolitan meringue and caramel to give it that crunchy touch. I loved it, it was delicious and sweetened my afternoon.

A few hours later I was told that a friend who was out of the country was coming to visit and I arranged to meet him, we had a few cocktails and then another friend joined us. We had a great night, we laughed, we made calls to friends who are out of the country.
