Shooting at Wonder & Melon
Last week I stopped by Wonder and Melon for a photoshoot, and let me tell you, this shop is a visual treat. Every corner, every shelf, every product screams color, fun, and a whole lot of personality.
Wonder and Melon is one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel like you're part of something special. It’s not just a gift shop, it’s a little world filled with bold designs, playful shapes, and pieces that genuinely make you smile. From hand-painted ceramics to spice jars with attitude, everything has that perfect mix of quirky and stylish.
For this shoot, I wanted to capture the heart of what makes the store so magnetic. I focused on the details, those little moments that show off the character of each item. Think tiny animal mugs with ears, bright orange plates, glittery bath bombs, matching turned art, and a T-shirt that literally says "Sunshine".
Lighting-wise, I leaned into the warmth of the store’s color palette and kept things punchy and bright. I wanted the images to pop, just like the shelves do in real life. I used a frontal harsh flash to get this look and feel. They loved it!
This shoot was not only fun to make, but also a reminder that brands like this don’t need to shout to stand out. They just need to be seen properly. And that’s where I come in.
Here’s a little preview of what we created together.
More soon.

Reminds me of Flying Tiger here in the UK, a Danish company, who’ve got the coolest products going.
Oeh, thanks! Will check it out in a bit :D
