Photo Trip | Poland - Flowers and bokeh fun
Recently, just for fun, I decided to experiment with blurring the background while taking photos. Spring flowers are perfect for this. Contrary to what you might think, you don’t need super-fast lenses—you just need to play around a bit with your positioning relative to the subject. The farther away the background is, the easier it is to blur it.

Ostatnio w ramach relaksu postanowiłem pobawić się rozmyciem tła na podczas robienia zdjęć. Do tego celu idealnie pasują wiosenne kwiaty. Wbrew pozorom nie potrzeba do tego super jasnych obiektywów, wystarczy tylko trochę pokombinować z ustawieniem się względem obiektu. Im dalej jest tło, tym łatwiej o jego rozmycie.
For variety, you can also take a photo from above if the flower is large enough.
Dla różnorodności ujęć, można też wykonać zdjęcie z góry, jeśli kwiat jest dość duży.
The photos above and below show exactly the same flower. The photos have virtually the same settings: f/8.0, 120mm, 1/125s. The only slight difference is the ISO, due to the brightness of the background (1400 in the top photo and 1000 in the bottom one). The main difference is the angle of the light source when the photo was taken. In the second case, I shot against the light, which resulted in a different, more artistic background.
Zdjęcie powyżej i poniżej przedstawia dokładnie ten sam kwiat. Zdjęcia mają praktycznie te same parametry: f/8.0, 120mm, 1/125s. Nieznaczni różni się tylko ISO ze względu na jasność tła (1400 na górze i 1000 na dole). Główna różnica to zmiana kąta pod jakim było źródło światła podczas wykonywania zdjęcia. W drugim przypadku zrobiłem to pod światło, co dało odmienne, bardziej artystyczne tło.
Flowers usually have a pleasant scent, but I didn't like the smell of these white ones.
Zazwyczaj kwiaty pachną, natomiast zapach tych białych mi nie odpowiadał.
I was a few days late taking these photos. I wanted to photograph them when they were purple, but by the time I got around to it, they had already turned a more pinkish shade.
Z fotografowaniem tych spóźniłem się kilka dni. Chciałem je sfotografować, kiedy były fioletowe, natomiast trafiłem jak już zmieniły się w bardziej różowe.
