Photo Trip | Italy - Different places, different photo opportunities in Trieste

This year, one of the main destinations of the trip was Trieste in northeastern Italy. I had the opportunity to take few walks through the city, both with and without my camera. Although we stayed there for a few nights, unfortunately, due to the weather and trips to other places, I didn’t have the chance to take any night photos. During the day in cities, I mainly photograph architecture, though sometimes I focus on other subjects. In this post, I’m mainly sharing photos where architecture isn’t the main focus.

W tym roku jednym z głównym celów wycieczki był Triest w północno-wschodnich Włoszech. Miałem okazję wykonać kilka spacerów przez to miasto zarówno z aparatem jak i bez niego. Chociaż mieliśmy tam kilka noclegów, to niestety ze względu na pogodę i wycieczki w inne miejsca, nie miałem okazji wykonać zdjęć nocnych. W ciągu dnia w miastach fotografuję głównie architekturę, czasem skupiam się na innych ujęciach. W tym poście prezentuję głównie zdjęcia, gdzie architektura nie jest najważniejsza.

The city is located by the sea and has a large port, so seabirds, boats, and cruise ships are a common sight. Unfortunately, the opposite is true for the beaches, as almost the entire city coast has been turned into a port.

Miasto położone jest nad morzem i posiada duży port, więc ptaki, łodzie i wycieczkowce są powszechnie widziane. Niestety odwrotnie jest z plażami, ponieważ niemal całe nabrzeże miasta jest zamienione w port.

It is good to have a basic level of physical fitness for walking around the city, as the city is located on hills and sometimes you have to go uphill.

Do spacerów po mieście dobrze jest mieć podstawową kondycję fizyczną, ponieważ miasto położone jest na wzgórzach i trzeba czasem podejść do góry.
