Magnificent Milan Cathedral

Hello everyone!

Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) was at the top of my list of places I wanted to see in this city. Unfortunately, time only allowed me to see it from the outside, but I was still satisfied. You can spend the whole day here and admire all the details, for example there are 2,300 different sculptures outside. It is one of the largest and most architecturally magnificent churches in the world, and its construction took almost 600 years. Among other interesting facts, Napoleon Bonaparte was crowned king of Italy here.

Katedra w Mediolanie (Duomo di Milano) była dla mnie na pierwszym miejscu na liście miejsc, które chciałem zobaczyć w tym mieście. niestety czas pozwolił tylko na obejrzenie jej z zewnątrz, ale i tak byłem zadowolony. Można spędzić tutaj cały dzień i podziwiać wszystkie szczegóły, chociażby na zewnątrz jest 2300 różnych rzeźb. Jest to jeden z największych i najwspanialszych architektonicznie kościołów na świecie, a jego budowa trwała niemal 600 lat. Z innych ciekawostek to Napoleon Bonaparte był tutaj koronowany na króla Włoch.
