Un día especial [Esp/Eng]

Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, y que tengan un gran fin de semana. Hoy les muestro unas fotos del cumpleaños de mi papá y de mi hija porque cumplen el mismo día. El 26 de Diciembre.

Casi siempre hacíamos un almuerzo juntos en El Cardón, en la casa de mis padres, pero este año, o mejor dicho, el año pasado no se pudo hacer, pero en la tarde nos fuimos hasta allá a pasar un rato con él.

Cuando llegamos, estaban unos tíos por parte de mi mamá, que son los que ven en las fotos sentados afuera porque hace más fresco. Ya habían sacado una mesa y las sillas y estaban conversando.

Estuvimos ahí bastante tiempo compartiendo con ellos y comiendo unos pasapalos. Unos que hizo mi mamá y otros que llevaron mis tíos, cantamos cumpleaños y nos fuimos a la casa a terminar la torta que quería Miranda, que le faltaba decorarla, y cuando estuvo lista, cantamos cumpleaños.

Fue un buen día para dar gracias y compartir con la familia. Saludos y hasta otra oportunidad.

Today I'm showing you some pictures of my dad's and my daughter's birthday because they are on the same day. December 26th.

We almost always had a lunch together in El Cardón, at my parents' house, but this year, or rather, last year we couldn't make it, but in the afternoon we went there to spend some time with him.

When we arrived, there were some uncles on my mom's side, who are the ones you see in the pictures sitting outside because it was cooler. They had already set up a table and chairs and were talking.

We were there for a long time sharing with them and eating some pasapalos. Some that my mom made and others that my uncles brought, we sang birthday and we went to the house to finish the cake that Miranda wanted, she still had to decorate it, and when it was ready, we sang birthday.

It was a good day to give thanks and share with the family.
