Pool time

Hello friends of Hive and of this community #summervibes, created by @mipiano, it is the first time I write in this community that I see is new and that I found while reading some publications and I found very good its concept, more because I am from an island in Venezuela, called Margarita where practically the whole year is summer 🤣

Here we do not have the four seasons but we have rainy season (less and less, especially on the island) and dry season so here between the sun, the heat and being surrounded by the sea it seems that it is summer all year round, but nothing more it seems because we have jobs and the time to enjoy the beaches or real free time is in the "summer" vacations which is when my children who study have their long vacation and also mine because I am a Physical Education teacher in a school.

So I am going to take the opportunity to tell you the things we will be doing to enjoy these free months and although I work until the end of this month we have already gone to the pool several times and we have gone out to the malls to try to take advantage of the days off as much as we can.

And my first post is going to be about an outing the last wednesday where we went to spend the day at an inn that is close to our house and that is run by a cousin of my wife and as he was free we went there without much plan, we just wanted to enjoy the weather and my children to have fun in the pool.

This is a very nice and quiet place and even though it is small, you have a great time and even more because there was only us and they left us a cabin at our disposal.

So we took some snacks, cookies, bread and light things because we did not want to cook but enjoy a different time and get out of the routine and also ordered a pizza delivery.

With my kids we played a good time in the pool, but we also took some board games and while we were resting after the pizza we went to one of the rooms to play Pictionary, which is one of the games we like to play the most.

Later my children returned to the pool and my wife and I sat and talked for a while while they bathed and by late afternoon we returned to our house very happy for having spent a great day together.

Well friends, this vacation we plan to go to the beach and return to the inn at another time, in addition to take advantage of the time to devote to the board games that we like a lot, but for today I say goodbye and another time to tell you how our vibes are going in this summer 2025.
