Through a gesture
that carries white flowers
in its hands,
a flower bares itself.
And another flower
says what it says,
and the garden
shakes the dust
to grow poppies
with white petals,
and you stop,
and the flood
discovers that your smile
is equally happy,
and the ridiculous
is the silence,
a sign,
where you can open
your eyes.

A través de un gesto
que lleva flores blancas
en sus manos,
se desnuda una flor.
Y otra flor
dice lo que dice,
y el jardín
sacude el polvo
para cultivar amapolas
de pétalos blancos,
y te detienes,
y el diluvio
descubre que tu sonrisa
es igualmente feliz,
y lo ridículo
es el silencio,
una señal,
donde abrir
tus ojos.
