The blood left by the rain
has your scent of lips pressed tightly together
so as not to recognize
you hurt me in the desert.
Causal reflection,
drops in the touch
of a branch
that doesn't close the wound,
that sacrifices everything...
And the wind asks me,
sitting in the tree:
What is rain?
I have no idea.
I only perceive
drops of fire
in the blood
upon the caress
of your voice.

La sangre que deja la lluvia
tiene tu olor de labios apretados
para no reconocer
me dueles en el desierto.
Reflejo causal,
gotas en el roce
de una rama
que no cierra la herida,
que sacrifica todo...
Y me pregunta el viento
sentado en el árbol:
¿qué es la lluvia?
No tengo idea.
Sólo percibo
gotas de fuego
en la sangre
sobre la caricia
de tu voz.
