It's Wednesday, and @tattoodjay invites us to explore new paths as part of his weekly #WednesdayWalk.

I've mentioned before that Wednesdays feel strange to me. This, combined with the gray clouds surrounding me, the fog that resigns itself to sustaining the insomnia I inhabit, the sadness that holds up the mask I wear when I smile at others, only confirms the causal nature of time (as I've also mentioned on other occasions...).

But dawn breaks, and I resign myself to losing hope of finding the light. The day dawns deliberately gray, fog everywhere; yes, the path seems lost, but I decide then not to remain still and to explore it in search of the heights to smile with the just hope of regaining my ability to fly...

My steps lead me to the Loma del Capiro. The blurred landscape welcomes me. The sun shows its spherical embrace, guiding me among the trees.

I could focus on the fog and remain still. But I won't. I pause for a moment to breathe deeply, sigh, offer a smile, and rethink what I see as something beautiful, not bleak, but truly lovely.

It's just me and the hill, me and the trees, me and the dew...

The path begins to regain its defined outline towards the heights...

Between each step, the spherical light serves as a guide.

And the sublime gift in the minuscule. The dew embracing the grass, the spiderwebs without spiders to hang enormous drops of perfectly pure water like someone hanging melodies on a xylophone to dance to the rhythm of a bolero or a blues, or a jazz that caresses you...

One gift after another. The mountaintop (it's a hill, but I want to believe it's a mountain. Why not?) in its utter solitude, welcoming me in full light without fear, turning gray into colors...

Then I turn my body and the city begins to reveal itself as unequivocal proof that causality must materialize. And I sigh...

The path spirals outwards. The fog dissipates. Time... time will have the final say on your steps, while I simply smile with open arms and the hope that everyone will then receive an embrace of light!

Una vez anterior les comenté que los miércoles me resultan raros. Esto, sumado a las nubes grises que me rodean, la niebla que se resigna a sostener el insomnio en que habito, la tristeza que sostiene la máscara con que sonrío a los demás, solo confirma lo causal del tiempo (como también he repetido en otras ocasiones...).

Pero amanece y me resigno a perder la esperanza de encontrar la luz. Amanece causalmente gris el día, niebla en todas partes; sí, el camino se pierde aparentemente, pero decido entonces no quedarme detenido y explorarlo en busca de la altura para sonreír con la justa esperanza de recuperar mi capacidad de volar...

Mis pasos me llevan a la Loma del Capiro. El paisaje difuminado me recibe. El sol muestra su esférico abrazo guiándome entre los árboles.

Podría centrarme en la niebla y quedarme quieto. Pero no lo haré. Me detengo un instante para respirar profundamente, suspirar, esbozar una sonrisa y repensar lo que contemplo como algo bello, no sombrío, sino realmente hermoso.

Estamos solos la Loma y yo, los árboles y yo, el rocío y yo...

El camino comienza a recuperar su contorno definido hacia la altura...

Entre paso y paso, la esférica luz como guía.

Y el regalo sublime en lo diminuto. El rocío abrazando la hierba, las telas de arañas sin arañas para colgar enormes gotas de agua perfectamente puras como quien cuelga melodías en un xilófono para danzar al compás de un bolero o un blues, o un jazz que te acarice...

Un regalo y otro. La cima de la montaña (es una loma, pero quiero creerla montaña. ¿Por qué no?) en su sola soledad recibiéndome a plena luz sin miedos, convirtiendo al gris en colores...

Entonces giro el cuerpo y la ciudad comienza a mostrarse como prueba inequívoca que lo causal tiene que concretarse. Y suspiro...

Los árboles y el sol se reflejan en mis ojos y sabes lo que pienso y sabes lo que busco...

El camino se muestra en espiral. La niebla se difumina. El tiempo... el tiempo dirá la última palabra sobre tus pasos, mientras yo solo sonrío con mis brazos abiertos y el anhelo de que todos reciban entonces ¡un abrazo de luz!
