A city that I refuse to see die... | PhotoFeed Contest Cityscape Photography Round 133 [EN/ES]

Hello city photography lovers at hive!

When you see these first photographs, you might think they're out of context for the initiative @photofeed is offering us this week. But no, let's continue reading this post so we can discover together this small detail that shows one of the faces of my city.

This landscape, which could simulate a jungle, is the environment that surrounds the interior of what was, decades ago, one of the most famous bakeries in the city where I was born, called The Golden Tiger.

In an example of how the city is being destroyed, notice how nature imposes itself on the walls by fracturing the ground.

Still, despite the destruction, I prefer to visualize the beauty in its details, in its walls eroded by time and neglect...

And I focus on the relationship of that piece of city with the sky, the clouds, the contrast with the trees...

A city that I refuse to see die...

A city that I observe and that seems alive in its own way..

A city that, despite everything, has its magic.

So, between walls that reveal the sky, until my next visit, I send you all a hug of light!

Al encontrarse con estas primeras fotografías, pensarán que están fuera de contexto acorde a la iniciativa que @photofeed nos propone esta semana. Pero no, continuemos transitando por esta publicación para que descubramos juntos este pequeño detalle que muestra uno de los rostros de mi ciudad.

Este paisaje, que pudiera simular una selva, es el entorno que envuelve el interior de lo que fuese, hace décadas, una de las más famosas panaderías de la urbe donde nací, llamada El tigre de oro.

En una muestra de cómo la ciudad se va destruyendo, noten cómo la naturaleza se impone sobre las paredes al fracturar el suelo.

Aún así, a pesar de la destrucción, prefiero visualizar lo hermoso en sus detalles, en sus paredes roídas por el tiempo y el abandono...

Y me centro en la relación de ese pedazo de ciudad con el cielo, las nubes, el contraste con los árboles...

Una ciudad que me resisto verla morir...

Una ciudad que observo y se me antoja viva a su manera...

Ciudad que a pesar de todo, tiene su magia.

Así, entre muros que descubren al cielo, hasta una próxima visita, ¡les envío a todos un abrazo de luz!
