Hello Dear friends of this beautiful community I hope you are all well and have a beautiful week, I am happy to see mango season is here and although I hardly go to the backyard when I am at home I tell my husband to grab me some and well I love to eat them with condiments.
This time I want to share with you some pictures of our weekend eating mangos at home with my son's cousin, where we all got together to have adobo, cube, vinegar and English salt to make the famous "cochinera" to eat with mangos.
Although it was not easy to peel the mangoes, since we peeled around 14 mangoes, ha, ha, ha, ha... although in the picture you can't see it, but it was quite a lot, we went back to our childhood with memories where my aunt scolded us for eating this because it is bad for the stomach, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.... and we always had to eat it on the sly, but we are grown up now and this time we all wanted to do it together so that my son and his cousin could have the experience of eating it without scolding ha, ha, ha, ha... it was a nice and fun afternoon and thank God nobody got sick, we are all fine ha, ha, ha, ha... and let me tell you that it was the best thing we could think of, we hope to do it again soon.

Hola Queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan una hermosa semana, yo feliz llego la temporada de mangos y aunque casi no voy al patio de la casa cuando estoy en casa le digo a mi esposo que me agarre unos y pues bueno me encanta comerlos pintón y con condimentos.
En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes unas fotos de lo que fue nuestro fin de semana comiendo mangos en casa con el primo de mi hijo, donde entre todos nos reunimos para tener adobo, cubito, vinagre y salda inglesa para realizar la famosa cochinera para comerla con mangos.
Aunque no fue fácil pelar los mangos, ya que pelamos al rededor de 14 mangos, ja, ja, ja... aunque en la foto no se note, pero si fueron bastante, volvimos a nuestra niñez con recuerdos donde mi tía nos regañaba por comer esto porque es malo para el estómago, ja, ja, ja.... y siempre teníamos que comerlo a escondida, pero ya estamos grandes y esta vez entre todos lo quisimos hacer para que mi hijo y su primo tuvieran la experiencia de comerlo sin regaños ja, ja, ja... fue una tarde bonita y divertida y gracias a Dios nadie se enfermó todos estamos bien ja, ja, ja... y déjenme decirle que fue lo mejor que se nos ocurrió esperamos volver hacerlo pronto.

That's too delicious, at my boyfriend's house there's a mango tree and every time I can I grab some mangoes and do the same thing, it's really a delicious snack.
