My Mother's Day gift to you ❤️ (ENG-ESP)

Hello, dear friends of this beautiful community, I hope you are all well and have a nice weekend. I want to share with you my beautiful gift, something that, although I paid for it, I feel it was my gift for Mother's Day, which was a laptop.

I bought this laptop at a store called electronics where the purchase was not pleasant at all. My husband went on Monday afternoon to buy it, since I am working with a borrowed one and my first payment was to buy this laptop through the cashea application.

Arriving at the place all good he bought the laptop and turned it on and until that moment everything was fine when I got home to see it I cried because it was a personal achievement that I fulfilled, but when I tried it the keys were hard and did not connect to wifi, the next day I went to change it where they did not have in the establishment I had to wait for them to bring one from the other store, I went again on Tuesday afternoon and they were giving me one with the screen with detail, and well you can imagine my face because incidentally the screen is touch screen I had to wait the next day.

On Wednesday my husband starts writing at 10:30 am because they never wrote, my husband asks him if they already had the change that not yet that they warned and if it was late they would take it to the house, at 3 pm on Wednesday my husband was upset because they did not say anything, he called them and told them that if they did not respond that same day he would go the next day to get the money, and guess what... 5 minutes later they were already calling me to deliver the laptop.

The attention in the store is good, but to solve it is bad, and not counting all the posturing that they give themselves and that when they publish the laptops do not say that they are of second and have aesthetic details, but I had no choice but to accept it and well the important thing is that functions unfortunately is the only establishment that had the cheapest laptop with cashea and 8 RAM and 256 memory I think that's the thing, so little by little I will tell you how it goes with it.

¡Hola! Queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan un bonito fin de semana. Yo por acá quiero compartirles mi hermoso regalo, algo que, aunque lo pague, yo siento que fue mi regalo por el día de las madres, el cual fue una laptop.

Esta laptop la compré en una tienda llamada electrónica donde no fue nada agradable la compra. Mi esposo fue en la tarde del lunes a comprarla, ya que vengo trabajando con una prestada y mi primer pago fue para comprar esta laptop por medio de la aplicación de cashea.

Al llegar al lugar todo bien él compró la laptop y la prendió y hasta ese momento todo bien al llegar a la casa al verla lloré porque era un logro personal que cumplí, pero al probarla las teclas estaban duras y no se conectaba al wifi, al día siguiente fui a cambiarla donde no tenían en el establecimiento me tocaba esperar que trajeran una de la otra tienda, volví a ir el martes en la tarde y me estaban dando una con la pantalla con detalle, y bueno se podrán imaginar mi cara porque de paso la pantalla es táctil me tocó esperar al día siguiente.

El miércoles mi esposo comienza a escribir a las 10:30 am porque ellos nunca escribieron, mi esposo le pregunta que si ya tenían el cambio que aún no que ellos avisaban y si se hacía tarde ellos la llevaban hasta la casa, al hacerse las 3 de la tarde del miércoles mi esposo se molestó porque no decían nada, los llamo y les dijo que si no le respondían ese mismo día él al día siguiente iba a buscar el dinero, y adivines que... a los 5 minutos ya me estaban llamando para entregarme la laptop.

La atención en el local es buena, pero para que resuelvan es mala, y sin contar todo el postín que se dan y que cuando publican las laptops no dicen que son de segunda y que tienen detalles estéticos, pero no me quedo de otra que aceptarla y bueno lo importante es que funciones lamentablemente es el único establecimiento que tenía la laptop más económica con cashea y de 8 de RAM y 256 de memoria creo que es así la cosa, así que poco a poco les iré contando como me va con ella.
