This time I want to share with you about MULATO PAINTS, specifically white enamel, which is a marine paint, normally used to paint boats, but this time we are not going to use it for that. If not to see if we can solve a problem that we have been having in the work due to the corrosion that is affecting the structure of the building, since this building receives very closely the saltpeter and with it all the consequences that this brings to be near the sea.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes sobre MULATO PAINTS, específicamente esmalte blanco, la cual es una pintura marina, normalmente la usan para pintar embarcaciones, pero en esta oportunidad nosotros no la vamos a utilizar para eso. Si no para ver si podemos resolver un problema que venimos teniendo en la obra debido a la corrosión que nos está afectado la estructura de la edificación, ya que esta edificación recibe muy de cerca el salitre y con ella todas las consecuencias que este trae al estar cerca del mar.

When placing the tanitex we wait for it to dry very well to then place the paint, this paint has several types class A, B and C in addition to that enamel, has a wide variety in the market, hopefully with this type of paint if you can end the problem that generates the saltpeter in this area, although I doubt it because the saltpeter has no competition, at least that will give a longer time to these walls, roof and trusses so that the maintenance is not so expensive and constant.
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLPara poder trabajar con este tipo de pintura en las paredes, techo y cerchas antes de realizar la colocación de dicha pintura se comenzó con un fuerte lavado con desengrasante y jabón, con ayuda de un hidrojet, pero esto no es todo adicional a eso se le coloca después de un día que seque bien la superficie el famoso TANITEX que ayuda a demorar la corrosión en las cerchas y que estas no se vean tan afectadas.
Al colocar el tanitex esperamos que seque muy bien para seguidamente colocar la pintura, esta pintura se tiene varios tipos clase A, B Y C adicional a ese esmalte, tiene una gran variedad en el mercado, esperemos que con este tipo de pintura si logres acabar con el problema que genera el salitre en esta zona, aunque lo dudo porque el salitre no tiene competencia, por lo menos que le dé un tiempo más a estas paredes, techo y cerchas para que el mantenimiento no sé tan costoso y constante.
