Monomad black and white ~ The berm going up to protect the expensive but horrible ugly ass homes

From big surf. They do this every winter. Costs a fortune. Who knows where the money comes from. There's a lot of rentals here. A lot of landlords, lording it over everybody and making a good chunk of change. Who knows what the, what the, what the... Anyway. Building homes in a lot of coastal areas was never a great idea. Unless you view it as "temporary" But it's way too late for that. I got no answers. No solutions. Nothing.

P.S. The entire beach shakes as they race around. Louder than shit and the diesel stench made me nauseous. Every morning for a couple of weeks. You really would not want to be home when they are working.
