It's hard to be quit when you whole life is screaming at you!
What about one of those one room air conditioners? I have never researched them, but I thought they existed. They are not supposed to be like the old timey window ones and maybe won't make it cold in the room, but takes the temperature down some. It's a thang that I don't know a lot about. Just saw something in passing.
