While on a short vacation in Ipoh, I came across several abandoned old buildings during my sightseeing. One of these buildings, which is depicted in the photograph, particularly caught my attention due to the year '1938' written on its top. I assumed that this was the year the building was constructed.

It is a shame that this building has been left in such poor condition and is not being utilized to its full potential. The building has a lot of potential to be transformed into an oldies theme cafe or hotel with a retro theme. The unique history of the building, as evident from the year written on its top, could attract a lot of visitors and add to the city's tourism industry.

Sadly, it seems that the building has been neglected and left to decay over the years. It is a sad sight to see.... such a beautiful and potentially useful structure being left to waste.

I hope that the local authorities or the owners of the building will take the necessary steps to restore and revitalize it so that it can be put to good use and serve as a reminder of Ipoh city's rich history
