Mirano is a city of beautiful villas / Мірано - місто красивих вілл ( En / Ua )

Today I rode my bike in Mirano. This town is very close to Spinea, where I currently live. About 20 minutes by bike and I get to know new interesting places.
The city of Mirano has an ancient history. During the rule of the Venetian Republic, the city developed very well. Mirano was developed at the expense of Venetian nobles who wanted to have their villas in this quiet and peaceful city. The city was at the center of trade routes and also had a water connection with Venice thanks to the built Toglie Canal. The Monsoon River flows through the city, which is also an important factor and decoration.

Сьогодні я їздила на своєму велосипеді в Мірано. Це містечко знаходиться дуже близько від Спінеї де я живу в даний час. Велосипедом якихось 20 хвилин і я знайомлюся з новими цікавими місцями.
Місто Мірано має древню історію. Під час панування Венеціанської республіки місто дуже добре розвивалося. Мірано розбудовувалося за рахунок венеціанських вельмож, які бажали мати свої вілли в цьому тихому і спокійному місті. Місто було в центрі торгових шляхів і також мало водне сполучення з Венецією завдяки побудованому каналу Тольє. Через місто протікає річка Мусон, що також є важливим фактором і окрасою.

There are more than 75 Venetian villas in Mirano. All of them are private. Only two villas are owned by the city and are open to visitors. These are the villa called Belvedere and the villa Morosini, called XXV aprile.
The villas are in excellent condition.
First, I visited the courtyard of Villa Morozini. Villa with a wonderful high staircase. The garden and yard are planted with rare species of trees that are more than 150 years old. This is a huge magnolia, the branches of which bent down to the ground. Tall, winged Lebanese cedars keep all the secrets of more than one generation of owners of Villa Morozini. There are benches near the tree where you can sit and enjoy the coolness.

В Мірано знаходиться більше ніж 75 венеціанських вілл. Всі вони приватні. Тільки дві вілли знаходяться у власності міста і доступні для відвідування. Це вілла, яку називають Бельведере і вілла Морозіні, яку називають XXV aprile.

In front of the villa, I saw four tall cypress trees, with their sharp tops thrusting into the sky. In the middle was an ancient kernitsa. And many archaeological finds from the era of the Roman Empire. A statue of a lion caught my attention.

Навпроти вілли я побачила чотири високі кипариси, що своїми гострими вершинами впиралися в небо. Посередині знаходилася старовинна керниця. І багато археологічних знахідок з епохи Римської імперії. Мою увагу привернула статуя лева.

The winged lion was the symbol of the Venetian Republic. Bas-reliefs with a winged lion decorate gates, facades of houses and villas. This villa also has two magnificent bas-reliefs.

Крилатий лев був символом Венеціанської республіки. Барельєфи з крилатим левом прикрашають брами, фасади будинків і вілл. Ця вілла також має два чудові барельєфи.

There are many statues in the garden, which are well-preserved today and add special elegance and aristocracy to this place.

В саду безліч статуй, які на сьогоднішній час добре збережені і додають особливої вишуканості і аристократизму цій місцині.

Various events, exhibitions, and concerts are often held on the territory of the Morozini villa.

Through the park I got to Villa Belvedere. This villa is very beautiful. The villa is surrounded by greenery. A bicycle and pedestrian path runs through the park, where you can walk in silence and coolness. Admire the ducks swimming in the water and diving from time to time to find food. Unfortunately, I could not see the small castle. It turned out to be closed to visitors. But I took a photo of the castle drowning in green trees.

Через парк я потрапила до вілли Бельведере. Ця вілла дуже красива. Вілла потопає в зелені. Через парк пролягає велосипедна і піша доріжка, де можна прогулятися в тишині і прохолоді. Полюбуватися качками, що плавють у воді і раз у раз ниряють щоб знайти собі поживу. Нажаль я не змогла оглянути невеличкий замок. Він виявився замкненим для відвідувачів. Але зробила фотографію замку, що потопає в зелені дерев.

It was a wonderful and informative walk. I was able to rest and think in a cozy place under the ancient trees of the villa.
