Hello Everyone!Merry Christmas 🌲.welcome to another report.

Nothing much just the usual routine I,e., stretching, some exercises and walking around the neighborhood. That’s all it takes to get my workout in for the day. It was a good walk today. I liked and enjoyed it. Weather wasn’t so bad at least no snow.

Today’s the 4th and last Sunday of Advent. Excitement time. Today’s readings: 2 Sam 7:1-5, 8-12, 14-16; Psa 89:2-5, 27, 39; Rom 16:25-27; Luk 1:26-38
