Hello Everyone! Good day and welcome to today’s Actifit report.

Nice weather this morning and I started out with stretching and warmup exercises. Then out and about around the neighborhood and back.

At noon it was sunny and at the same time it was hailing and that is weird, but it happens here.

Staying home just resting and watching Netflix.
