just a sloth enjoying the sun

Hello hive community!
In front of my house, there's a huge yagrumo tree; an important food source for sloths. Because of this, it's quite common for me to see these beautiful animals feeding on them.
Sloths are known for their slowness, however, in the many times I've observed them, I've realized they're usually a little faster than we think.
A few days ago, my dad invited me out for a walk, and of course, I brought my camera.
It didn't take long for us to find this sloth peacefully eating and enjoying the warm sun shining that day. So, I wasted no time and managed to take these shots.

Al frente de mi casa, hay un enorme árbol yagrumo; una fuente importante de alimento para los perezosos. Por eso, es bastante común para mi ver a estos hermosos animales alimentándose de ellos.
Los perezosos son conocidos por su lentitud, sin embargo, en las muchas veces que los he observado, me he dado cuenta que suelen ser un poco más rápidos de lo que pensamos.
Hace algunos días mi papá me invitó a salir a caminar, y por supuesto, llevé mi cámara.
No tardamos en encontrar a este perezoso comiendo con tranquilidad y disfrutando del cálido sol que iluminaba ese día. Así que no perdí el tiempo y logré hacer estas tomas.

Seeing this sloth was something very important and special for us; although there used to be many of them, there was a period of time when we thought they were completely extinct in our area.

Haber visto a este perezoso fue algo muy importante y especial para nosotros; aunque solían haber muchas, hubo un periodo de tiempo en el que pensamos que se habían extinguido totalmente en nuestra zona.
