A Trip Down Memory Lane / Un viaje al pasado

There are moments that seem simple but are filled with incalculable value. A few days ago, we decided to take my grandfather (the one in the black hat) to his childhood friend's house (the one in the cap) so they could talk and catch up.
Sometimes, in the rush of daily life, we forget how important it is for them to maintain those ties to their past. As they settled in the living room and began to reminisce about old times, I just watched them from a corner. Their connection was so natural and their gestures so authentic that I couldn't help but grab my camera and start taking photos.
There were no poses, no filters—just the living room light falling on two men who have been brothers at heart since they were children. It moved me to see how, despite the years, they still keep that spark and that need to share life with one another.
These photos are my small tribute to their loyalty and a reminder that true wealth isn't found in things, but in those minutes of conversation with those who have known us forever.

Looking at them, I realized that time can wrinkle the skin, but it can never touch a true friendship. Watching my grandfather smile like that reminded me that the best things in life are free: a good talk, a shared memory, and a friend who knows your whole story.
