Cebu IT Park: A Vibrant Hub of Business and Recreation
Hello Hivers! It's me again, Roch. I am back with another blog. I am having fun sharing my experiences with you and I am hoping that I can consistently share more stories with you. I will try my best.
Lately, I have been thinking about which particular community I will be focusing on. I have decided to focus more on my thoughts and experiences of places I have been. I wanted to share this place with you because actually, it is where I am working on my on-the-job training today. I am currently an intern at one of the insurance companies here in the Philippines. Moving forward, the place that I want to introduce to you is called Cebu IT Park. This is located here in Cebu City where there are a lot of companies and establishments.
IT Park is a renowned prominent hub for business process outsourcing (BPO) activities and information technology. Aside from having a wide range of BPO firms, this place also has a lot of establishments such as restaurants, rest bars, hotels, a mall, and many more. This place is very calm, clean and peaceful. It is also very clean and the air was fresh because there are lots of trees and grasses. People can also freely jog and do outdoor activities anywhere. It is all free, no fee at all. Is it that great? If you have not been here yet, you should visit too. You will surely appreciate the place and the people.
When you stroll in the area, you will see a lot of people especially employees walking everywhere. I really like the environment and ambiance here. Do you know that this place never sleeps? One reason why it never sleeps because most of the companies here operates at midnight. Their shift was on graveyard. I can say that this place is even brighter and happier at midnight. I tried walking around IT Park at midnight looking for BPO employees because we once conducted our research in the area and I have witnessed how it shines at evening. I have been here many times since when I was a child.
Furthermore, you can do many things here. When looking for a place to eat, there is no need for you to worry because there are a lot of choices. There are various restaurants where even foreigners can also enjoy. Yes, there are also a lot of foreigners who roam around this place and stays at Hotel. There are also clubs and bars where people hangouts. Lastly, the best part of this place is that you can stay, sit and have a picnic with your loved ones and friends in the grass. That is the most common scenario you can encounter when you roam around in the place.

Your snaps give me a nostalgic feeling because that's where we've been strolling for weeks for our data gathering in research! I also love the park there, it's perfect to sit with friends and talk about life! ❤️🍃

I was a city girl back when I was young, and IT Park is one of my favorite places in Cebu😭 It really changed a lot, I can't wait to visit there again soon!

Been working here since 2016 up until present. The Ayala Central Bloc used to be a vacant lot back then and we could really see from the building where we are working while the construction was still ongoing. The terminal in Cebu IT Park also used to be Shaka , a Hawaiian-themed restaurant. There are a lot of changes and improvements within the vicinity and I really love the place since everything that you need is just around the corner. Keep safe ! :)

Nice photograph Ma'am @rochtells I have been in IT Park before, I think twice only and the surroundings there is nice just like Ayala Mall and Park Mall. There are lots of trees and ornamental plants and restaurants are just around the park.
I absolutely love IT Park! It's such a vibrant and dynamic place with a fantastic atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing a cup of coffee, enjoying a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants, or simply taking a stroll amidst the greenery, there's always something exciting happening.
