RE: Street photographs in my town. My photographic processes [Eng -Esp]

"I have also stopped taking the picture even when I see it clearly, to enjoy the moment"
I resonate very strongly with this thought. I try to keep my phone ready to take pictures of anything interesting I find at a moment's notice, but I also think first about whether the process of taking the photo will ruin the moment. The best line I've ever heard relating to this is from the movie "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty". One character is a famous photographer and his friend is asking him if he's going to take a picture of a rare animal. The photographer responds with "Sometimes I don't. If I like a moment, for me, personally, I don't like to have the distraction of the camera. I just want to stay in it."
Exactly, I feel very identified with this scene and I have incorporated it into my philosophy of life and my way of doing photography.
But it also happens to me when it is something that I don't want to keep to myself since it seems so sad and so normal to see it that it would repeat itself in my head over and over again.
Thanks for comment.
