Arranca la temporada de fotografías navideñas 2023 [Esp/Eng]

Una de las cosas que como familia hacemos en Navidad, desde que nacieron nuestros hijos, es visitar los centros comerciales, y cualquier lugar que esté decorado para la ocasión y tomar muchísimas fotos juntos.

Desde la primera Navidad de Matías en el año 2010, hemos acumulado una cantidad impresionante de fotografías, y año tras año, esperamos con ansias los encendidos de luces, y los nacimientos que suelen poner en algunas partes del municipio para ir a posar todos juntos.

Este año, dimos la bienvenida oficialmente a la temporada de fotos navideñas el sábado pasado, con el encendido de la Navidad en La Vela, nuestro centro comercial favorito en la isla. Aunque creo que debemos ir otra vez porque no pudimos tomar fotos a gusto porque había muchísimas personas, pero de igual forma logramos tomar algunas muy lindas, en los diferentes sets que preparan.

Por ejemplo, tenían un globo enorme, con los colores de la Navidad, dispuesto en una de las áreas del centro comercial para que los visitantes puedan tomarse fotografías, nosotros, por supuesto, aprovechamos que cuando llegamos, no había tanta gente, así que logramos tomar unas muy lindas.

Hay otro set, que cada año lo instalan, pero con algunas variaciones, y se trata de unos renos enormes que halan un trineo, y ya se imaginarán, por qué año tras año deciden volver a ponerlo, y es que es la atracción más buscada para las fotografías.

Por los momentos solo tengo fotos mías ahí, por eso es que debemos regresar, porque incluso en el enorme árbol de navidad que llega hasta el tercer piso del centro comercial, nos fue imposible tomar fotos por la cantidad de personas que fue llegando para el encendido de luces, a medida que transcurría el tiempo.

Así que tenemos una buena excusa para regresar, y quizá hagamos como el año pasado, donde en un solo día recorrimos los tres centros comerciales más grandes de la isla para tomar nuestras tradicionales fotos navideñas en familia, por lo pronto les dejo una pequeña selección del inicio de la Navidad para la familia Agreda Lathulerie.

One of the things we as a family do at Christmas, ever since our children were born, is to visit the malls, and any place that is decorated for the occasion and take lots and lots of pictures together.

Since Matias' first Christmas in 2010, we have accumulated an impressive amount of pictures, and year after year, we look forward to the lighting of the lights, and the nativity scenes that are usually put up in some parts of the municipality to go and pose together.

This year, we officially welcomed the Christmas photo season last Saturday, with the Christmas lighting at La Vela, our favorite shopping mall on the island. Although I think we should go again because we couldn't take pictures at ease because there were so many people, but we still managed to take some very nice ones, in the different sets they prepare.

For example, they had a huge balloon, with the colors of Christmas, arranged in one of the areas of the mall for visitors to take pictures, we, of course, took advantage of the fact that when we arrived, there were not so many people, so we were able to take some very nice pictures.

There is another set, which is installed every year, but with some variations, and it is about huge reindeer pulling a sleigh, and you can imagine why year after year they decide to put it up again, and it is the most sought after attraction for photographs.

At the moment I only have pictures of myself there, that is why we have to go back, because even in the huge Christmas tree that reaches the third floor of the mall, it was impossible to take pictures because of the amount of people that were arriving for the lighting of the lights, as time went by.

So we have a good excuse to go back, and maybe we will do like last year, where in one day we toured the three largest malls on the island to take our traditional family Christmas photos, for now I leave you a small selection of the beginning of Christmas for the Agreda Lathulerie family.
