Lens scratches are the worst, that's why you see me using this fat phone case. 😂
And for editing you can try Snapseed bhai, Google Photos works too for basic edits, but Snapseed has a lot more options.
On PC I use Photoscape, I've been using this software for 15 years now, it does the job, the basic at least. I completely forgot how to use Photoshop though, I used to be quite a master in photo manipulation. 😬
