UJUNG KALANG REST AREA // Natural scenery that accompanies me during my rest

Do you know.? Ujung Kalang rest area is a place that I always pass when traveling around the tawar sea, but I never stopped at that place, I continue to feel curious when passing it, but sometimes a very quiet place is not an option to visit. I myself do not know the name of this one rest area, Ujung Kalang is the name that I got from the local residents there.

The location of this place is also far from the city center, and I also can't be sure of the exact distance, but strangely a place as beautiful as this is very quiet, but this place is not a tourist spot but an ordinary resting place, especially if we see it from the highway, but it's different if we have stopped there, because the natural scenery offered by this place is truly extraordinary.

Nature is always the best friend when we travel to Takengon city, on the left side the mountain and on the right side the sea, everything seems to blend in our eyes. I always think why I don't have relatives in Takengon city, if I have relatives in this city, then I really want to live as much as I want in this cold city so that I can explore the city to the remote villages as much as I want.

On the side of the road we can also find many ornamental plants and beautiful fragrant flowers, and of course everything grows naturally so it looks very impressive, the fragrant aroma of nature is a natural sedative that can also be felt here, I am so amazed by the natural conditions here, everything is very well maintained and cared for.

But there is a sad story that happened in the city of Takengon a month ago, namely a mountain experienced a major fire that destroyed many living things, the mountain that initially looked green and healthy is now black and barren, this incident happened a month ago and I also do not know the main cause of why the mountain burned. However, we will discuss this incident in my next post because I also managed to photograph the burning mountain, of course it will be a very interesting topic for us to discuss in the next post. Now let's return to focus on our main topic, namely the Ujung Kalang Rest Area

Because I didn't memorize the location of the rest area,so I always looked to the right so that I wouldn't pass it, and after about 5 minutes of travel I finally arrived at the place.

As I predicted, this place would definitely be quiet and sure enough when I arrived at this place, I didn't see a single person around this place. This is not a tourist spot and I felt a little scared if I visited a very quiet place, but this place is right on the edge of the highway so my fear was a little diverted.

I don't know why this rest area is often quiet, even though the atmosphere and views offered by this place are so extraordinary, moreover this place is on a hill, so from this place we can see many beautiful views such as mountains, sea, villages, and even residents' plantations.

After parking my motorbike, I immediately started walking to explore some of this place, and after that I immediately looked for a suitable place to rest, luckily in this place there were also several chairs prepared for people to rest, and I immediately approached the chairs.

However, there is a chair that is right on the edge of the cliff, and from that chair we can see a very beautiful view and it made me brave enough to take pictures and selfies there, of course this is something that I rarely do, because I am very afraid of camera lenses lol.

Imagine there is a cup of coffee in your left hand and a piece of bread in your right hand, and a view as beautiful as this in front of you, can you feel how delicious it is.?.Look at some pictures below

Time went by quite quickly and felt so short, actually I wanted to spend more time here, maybe grilling fish and setting up a tent in this place would be very suitable, spending the night there while seeing this view when I first opened my eyes would definitely be more exciting, my imagination was high at that time Lol.
