Vulnerable Child. A vulnerable child sits alone, begging, on the streets of Rome as passers by pay no mind to her fate.

I shot this photo in 1989 using Ilford B/W. Purposely timing the shutter when the left side of the frame was filled with a pedestrian. Hand held on a slow speed, whilst cheating the film, in an effort to get a grainy, under exposed and dark, almost claustrophobic feel.
