Khanduri mawlid like this have existed since ancient times until now in the Aceh region, including it has become a custom in our area with this oral feast being held every year, namely 12 Rabiul Awal, coinciding with the birth of the great prophet Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wasallam. And the birthday khanduri event is always held together for a meal or the residents bring khanduri that has been prepared in advance at home to be taken as a food menu to the office event venue which is held either at the prayer room in the mosque or at the mosques in this area.

So, before a meal is held together at the kanduri mouth event, the dhikr or vows are first read by certain groups in this area and generally in this area those who read the dhikr are the children of Islamic boarding schools from among those who have been educated in rural areas. each.

The birthday event was also attended by the local village community and there was also on the day of invitations from neighboring villages, a new meal together was held, namely after the dhikr was read at the place of the event, namely at noon a meal was held together with the invitees and local residents who held khanduri birthday.
