Hello Everyone, today I am back to prepare some beautiful mushrooms that I will be featuring in the #FungiFriday Community hosted by @ewkaw today.

On this Friday, I'm going to show you two species of mushrooms I discovered a week ago in a palm oil plantation. When I arrived, I immediately explored the palm oil plantation and a few moments later I came across a pile of rotting, damp wood, and there I found a species of mushroom known by another name, Schizophyllum. I immediately approached it to get a closer look at this species of the mushroom family that thrives on the pile of wood.

And as soon as I approached it, as usual I immediately took my smartphone camera and macro lens in my small bag, and without waiting long I immediately took several photos from various angles, and the mushroom looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see below some portraits of this mushroom species.

This mushroom usually grows in piles of rotten and damp wood. And the shape is similar to a fan and has gills that look so interesting and unique And usually this species of mushroom will grow in the rainy season, coincidentally in our area is now experiencing the rainy season because at the beginning of the year we experienced a dry season, so this species of mushroom grows well in dead wood and usually people in our area pick mushrooms to make very delicious vegetables, and I hope you like some photos of this species of mushroom.

Schizophyllum is a genus of fungi in the family Schizophyllaceae. The widespread genus contains six wood-rotting species.....Wikipedia

After photographing the mushroom species above and returning to circle the oil palm plantation and finding dead and rotting oil palm fronds, and there I found a species of mushroom known by another name Podoscypha and at that moment I immediately approached it, and without waiting long I immediately took several photos from various angles and it looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see below some portraits of this mushroom species.

Podoscypha is a genus of fungi in the family Meruliaceae. The genus has a widespread distribution, especially in tropical regions, and contains about 35 species.....Wikipedia
