The Moon and Mars

You can't see it in the photo, but today December 7 the moon and Mars are one behind the other in the same orbit. This ending is called "Opposition" which means that they are in the opposite direction to the sun.

In addition, today also the red planet is close to the orbit of the earth compared to other days and this happens every 2 years.

Approximately between 6 and 7 o'clock in the morning the moon will swallow the red planet as the sun rises in the east.
