Black and white is amazing. Without the distraction of color, it is wonderful how a scene completely changes its meaning when we see it this way. It is like photographing the soul of the scene, the essential, the pure.

On the street this becomes even more evident. Every gesture, every look, every shadow takes on a different weight, as if everything spoke in a quieter but deeper language. The everyday loses its noise and only the intention of the moment remains.

That is where I try to stop, observe and shoot, not to show what everyone sees, but to rescue that small fragment that usually goes unnoticed.

El blanco y negro es genial. Sin la distracción del color es maravilloso como una escena cambia totalmente de sentido cuando la vemos en blanco y negro. Es como fotografiar el alma de la escena, lo esencial, puro.

En la calle esto se vuelve aún más evidente. Cada gesto, cada mirada, cada sombra proyectada cobra un peso distinto, como si todo hablara en un lenguaje más silencioso pero más profundo. Lo cotidiano pierde su ruido y queda solo la intención del instante.

Ahí es donde intento detenerme, observar y disparar, no para mostrar lo que todos ven, sino para rescatar ese pequeño fragmento que normalmente pasa desapercibido.
