Greetings Hivers.

In Havana there are many interesting areas to photograph, but I believe one of the most prolific is Paseo del Prado and its surrounding areas. There are scenes that repeat themselves over and over again, such as street vendors or children riding skates and scooters. However, there are also others that constantly change, that transform as if the place itself were alive.

I visit these spaces quite often, and I have a special affection for the photographs I have taken there. They are images that, to me, work as icons of Havana, authentic scenes born from everyday life. Today I want to share a small sample with you. I hope you like them.

En La Habana hay muchas zonas interesantes para fotografiar, pero creo que una de las más prolíferas es el Paseo del Prado y sus áreas aledañas. Allí hay escenas que se repiten una y otra vez, como los vendedores ambulantes o los niños montando patines y patinetas. Sin embargo, también existen otras que cambian constantemente, que se transforman como si el lugar tuviera vida propia.

Frecuento bastante estos espacios y a las fotografías que he logrado allí les tengo un cariño especial. Son imágenes que para mí funcionan como iconos de La Habana, escenas auténticas que nacen de lo cotidiano. Hoy quiero compartirles una pequeña muestra. Espero que les gusten.
