Greetings hivers.

With the sun bathing everything around, these portraits had a special charm. Right on the edge of the golden hour, the lighting conditions were truly spectacular. Golden hour is that moment of the day when the sun sits almost sideways, very close to the horizon, illuminating everything with a softer and warmer light. It is a golden light, with long shadows and a very characteristic yellow tone that works beautifully for portraits.

The blue hour happens when the sun has already set completely, but there is still a remnant of light reflected in the atmosphere that bathes everything with a bluish tone. It is also very interesting for photography, although at that moment it is usually necessary to use additional lighting to achieve good portraits.

In photography it is always fascinating to observe how the atmosphere changes as the day moves forward. Sometimes just a few minutes can completely transform a scene, and learning to read that light is part of the magic of going out to photograph.

Today's photos did not reach the blue hour. They were all taken during the golden hour, taking advantage of that warm and enveloping light.

Con el sol bañándolo todo, estos retratos tuvieron un encanto especial. Rozando la hora dorada, las condiciones de luz eran realmente espectaculares. La hora dorada es ese momento del día en que el sol se coloca casi lateral, muy cerca del horizonte, iluminando con una luz más suave y cálida. Es una luz dorada, con sombras largas y un tono amarillo muy característico que resulta ideal para el retrato.

La hora azul ocurre cuando el sol ya se ha ocultado por completo, pero todavía queda un remanente de luz reflejado en la atmósfera que tiñe el ambiente con un tono azulado. También es muy interesante para fotografiar, aunque en ese momento ya suele ser necesario usar iluminación adicional para lograr buenos retratos.

En fotografía siempre es interesante observar cómo cambia la atmósfera a medida que avanza el día. A veces solo unos minutos de diferencia transforman completamente una escena, y aprender a leer esa luz es parte del encanto de salir a fotografiar.

Las fotos de hoy no llegaron hasta la hora azul. Todas fueron tomadas en plena hora dorada, aprovechando esa luz cálida y envolvente.
