Hello Hivers friends

For some time now, there have been numerous difficulties in Cuba regarding garbage collection, and now it is much worse. It is very common to see heavy machinery moving through the streets, arriving at corners to collect waste that has accumulated for weeks.

I am not going to photograph the garbage directly, but it is very interesting to observe the movement of this equipment along the same streets where classic and modern cars circulate. It is a very striking contrast.

Hola amigos Hivers

Desde hace rato que en Cuba existen numerosas dificultades con el tema de la recogida de basura, y ahora es muchísimo más fuerte. Es muy común ver maquinarias pesadas transitando por las calles, llegando a las esquinas para recoger los desperdicios acumulados durante semanas.

No voy a fotografiar directamente la basura, pero es muy curioso observar el movimiento de estos equipos por las mismas calles donde circulan autos clásicos y modernos. Es un contraste muy llamativo.
