Almost all motivations write in the world today are focusing on the Financial aspects because of the high rate of poverty in most countries. In Nigeria, a lot of cities depend on the government for employment. Most of the graduates are out there without employment.

• Self Motivations which includes safety and security,
• Esteem motivations and Self Actualization.

It is mostly advise that we all should become self-motivated and start developing interest in promoting financial stability, to stop being dependent on the government and to become empower in the country.
