Hola buenos días a todos, espero que se encuentren bien, hoy vengo a compartirles una experiencia muy linda que tuve ayer... Actualmente soy estudiante de ingeniería en alimentos, cursando el 4to semestre, y en una de las materias que Veo que nos pidieron como evaluación ir de viaje a la Hacienda Santa Teresa, en el estado Aragua, Venezuela. Esta hacienda es una de las más conocidas de Venezuela, ya que su atractivo turístico, su historia y la parte deportiva (tienen un equipo de rugby llamado "proyecto club de rugby alcatraz"), llama la atención de muchos turistas. Fuimos con fines educativos ya que esta hacienda se caracteriza por la fabricación de ron y otras bebidas alcohólicas principalmente. También hacen un café súper bueno que nos dieron a probar y nos explicaron cómo es el proceso de siembra, cosecha, selección y procesamiento de este café. café. Aunque nos centramos en la parte de fabricación de ron, donde nos llevaron al área de destilación y a la maquinaria. Fue una experiencia muy productiva, me gustó mucho conocer todos los procesos que allí se llevan a cabo y el arduo trabajo que tienen los empleados para fabricar estos productos de excelente calidad. Espero poder realizar mi trabajo de grado especial en esta finca. Me pareció muy interesante.💗💗
