Mushrooms, Skies and Independence Day | Monomad Challenge

Hello friends, this is my first post in the Black and White community. This is my entry in the #monomad challenge. I'm a mother of three who loves photography. I enjoy capturing everything around me in my free time. These are some photos I took about two weeks ago.

This is a photo of the shadow of my fence, taken in the morning. It was around 8 a.m., but the sun was already shining brightly. I'm grateful to live in a tropical country where the sun shines year-round.

It's been a few months since the rainy season. When the rainy season comes, mushrooms start to grow. Like in this photo, I found mushrooms in the gaps between the wood in my mother's yard. You can see these small mushrooms just starting to grow.

When it's about to rain, the sky can get very dark and the clouds thicken. Of course, I didn't want to waste this opportunity. I took this photo a few minutes before the rain hit the ground.

These are my two children playing badminton. Since we don't have a badminton court, they play in the alleyway near my mother's house. Both of them were so enthusiastic about playing with their skills.

My yard is partly filled with pebbles. I prefer these stones because they prevent weeds from growing, so I don't have to mow the yard as often. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, pebbles are also good for your health if you walk on them barefoot.

The sky around my house is beautiful in the morning, especially on sunny days. I took this photo after dropping my son off at school. My son's school is only two blocks from my house, so I walked there.

These children are participating in a cracker-eating contest. This contest is held to commemorate my country's Independence Day. On Independence Day, people usually hold competitions everywhere. Residents are always enthusiastic about participating in these competitions. They participate to have fun and celebrate Independence Day. Thank you for stopping by and see you on the next post hive friends.
