The return of a little girl named Vero (Eng/Esp)

Greetings to all the members of this photography-loving community.
There is a curious duality when a fellow photographer asks you to take pictures of his daughter, or some other family member, on the one hand you feel grateful for the trust, on the other hand, you question if you are up to the challenge, of that trust.
We are talking about having a client who knows about your profession, but also someone close to you, who trusts in your work, and who you would not want to disappoint in any way.
These photos are an example of this situation. A photographer colleague who lives in Spain, writes me to take some pictures of her daughter, named Vero, who she had already met years ago when she was a child, and now she was interested in art and photography.
My advice for that situation, is to always be calm, be yourself, concentrate on the work, in the end, they chose you not only for their friendship, but for the result of your work.
In the end, our Vero was spectacular, even though she was older and more adult, she is still that cheerful and curious little girl from years ago. Not only she loved her pictures, but she also enjoyed that day, which was an unforgettable experience.

Saludos a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad amante de la fotografía.
Hay una dualidad curiosa cuando un colega fotógrafo, te pide que le haga fotos a su hija, o algún otro familiar, por una parte te sientes agradecido por la confianza, por otro lado, te cuestionas si estás a la altura del reto, de esa confianza.
Hablamos que vas a tener un cliente que sabe de tu profesión, pero además, es alguien cercano, que confía en tu trabajo, y que de ninguna manera, quisieras desilusionar.
Estás fotos son un ejemplo de esta situación. Una colega fotógrafa que radica en España, me escribe para hacerle unas fotos a su hija, llamada Vero, y que además, ya había conocido hace años cuando más niña, y ahora le interesaba el arte y la fotografía.
Mis consejos para esa situación, es siempre tener calma, ser uno mismo, concentrarse en el trabajo, al final, te escogieron no solo por su amistad, sino por el resultado de tu trabajo.
Al final, nuestra Vero se portó espectacular, aunque ya era más grande y más adulta, sigue siendo esa pequeña alegre y curiosa de hace años. No solo le encantó sus fotos, sino que disfrutó esa día, que fue toda una experiencia inolvidable.
