| I present this series of photos I took of this beautiful swan, her little ones, and the eggs waiting to hatch more babies for the #monomad challenge. I chose this picture as the main one because, of all the shots I took, it’s the one I liked the most. The elegant posture of the swan, her babies behind her, and the three eggs she protects tirelessly made it my favorite — and I also love how the little branches on both sides frame the composition. The light is just perfect! | Os presento esta serie de fotos que hice a este precioso cisne, sus hijitos y los huevos esperando a salir más hijitos para el concurso #monomad. He elegido esta foto como la foto de cabecera porque, de todas las que hice, creo que es la que más me gusta. La posición elegante del cisne, sus hijitos detrás y los tres huevos que protege sin descanso es lo que hizo que fuera la que más me gustara, asà como las ramitas a los lados encuadrando la foto. ¡Y la luz me encanta! |

| However, it’s not the only one I like. Each photo has its own charm. Even the next one, where I focused on the branches in the foreground and the swan is blurry in the background. I like it because the main element becomes secondary, and the tiny branches take the spotlight — they’re so delicate yet perfectly defined, giving the picture its own character. | Sin embargo, no es la única que me gusta de todas las que hice. Cada una tiene su encanto. Incluso la siguiente, en la que enfoqué las ramas del primer plano y el cisne está en segundo plano borroso. Me gusta porque el elemento principal pasa a estar en segundo plano y estas ramitas pasan a ser las protagonistas. Lo cual me parece precioso porque son como súper finitas y aún asà están súper nÃtidas y definidas, marcando la foto y haciendo la única. |

| Maybe my favorite is the next one. I don’t remember exactly why I caught the swan in that funny pose — probably scratching itself, or maybe playing with the little ones (though the first is more likely!). Either way, I love it. It looks playful and natural. And of course, the mother always keeping an eye on her eggs. | Aunque quizá mi favorita sea la siguiente. | In this one you can probably tell she really was scratching her feathers — that’s why I caught her in that funny pose in the previous shot. I also love these last two pictures because you can see more clearly her four babies behind her. Baby swans are so different from adults but still so adorable. | Quizá en esta se observe que sÃ, la madre estaba rascándose con el pico, por eso la pillé en la anterior en una postura tan graciosa. Estas dos últimas me gustan también porque hay más visión de los cuatro hijitos que tiene detrás. Me encantan los cisnes bebé, son tan diferentes a los adultos pero aún asà súper adorables. |
