Assalamualaikum, my friends, this time I'm photographing a very nutritious vegetable: Solanum lycopersicum, also known as tomatoes.

Yes, I think everyone is familiar with this fruit, a fruit that has a red color when ripe. It can be eaten raw or processed into delicious dishes. This fruit was planted in my garden, but many have died due to lack of care. This is one of the trees that survived and is bearing fruit.
The nutritional content of tomatoes includes vitamin C, vitamin K1, vitamin B9 (folate), lycopene, beta-carotene, and potassium. There are so many, so eat tomatoes often because they are good for our health.
Perhaps that's all from me. wassalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
