The procedure I use for texts is as follows. I write a draft in Spanish with everything I want to say and then use Perplexity to improve the writing and translate it into English. Essentially, I could say that 90% of what I write is sgenerated by myself.
Tell me if I'm doing something wrong so I can correct it.

As stated in our community guidelines (#9) we mute Ai generated content.
I know the images are yours, but we only support and curate original human written content, and not machine written one.
Kindly keep that in mind on your next publications. 🙂
Yes, I'm familiar with that rule, although in my case, I don't generate content using AI. I only use it as a work tool to review the text I've written and make final spelling and editing corrections to give it a more pleasing finish. I see it as giving the text to a journalist or writer friend for review and correction. However, if this isn't allowed either, I'll keep it in mind.
