More street photography in Pinar del Río
Entry to #monomad Challenge
Hello Hiver!
As the title reflects, today I'm posting a new session of street photography taken at random, while I wander aimlessly through its streets.
The cover photo is a reflection of the crisis we're experiencing, where tourism hasn't escaped the situation, allowing a worker at the tourist package sales office to take a nap in the doorway due to the lack of customers.
I love photos with graffiti or signs in the background, and I took advantage of the exact moment a young man was walking past one.
Another problem that has worsened with the crisis is transportation, which often forces people to hitchhike. Of course, there are always advantages when it comes to a beautiful woman 😁.
Another photo with a sign in the background. In this case, visitors are warned of the risk they run if they enter the dilapidated doorway. The elderly woman passing by looks at it carefully, and who knows what she'll think.
Another reflection of the crisis is the change of activity that many people have been forced to take. In this case, we see a man who collects aluminum cans to sell as raw materials, traveling under several banners.
Others, due to the aging population and lack of economic resources, work until advanced ages, when they should already be retired and telling stories to their grandchildren.
Finally, I couldn't miss a photo of Dani playing in a park. That kid has no limits; he simply can't get enough!
Did you like this post? I hope so. Please leave me your comment or suggestion. Thanks!
Hola hiver!
