In the mountain

Entry to #monomad Challenge

I consider it a privilege to have been in the Italian Alps, something I truly never dreamed of. This allowed me to take proper mountain photography, something I hadn't been able to do before, as my country doesn't have such high elevations.

I was deeply impressed by those soaring peaks, devoid of vegetation, because I understand that vegetation stops growing beyond a certain altitude. The dense forests at the foot of those stone giants, and the clouds and fog within easy reach. In short, incredible!

The photos were taken with a Canon zoom lens, described at the end of this post.

Yo considero un privilegio poder haber estado en los Alpes Italianos, algo que realmente nunca soñe. Esto me permitió hacer fotografía de montaña como Dios manda, algo que no había podido hacer, pues en mi país no hay elevaciones tan altas.

Me impresionaron muchos esos picos tan elevados, carentes de vegetación, porque tengo entendido que a partir de una altura determinada esta no crece. Los densos bosques al pie de esos gigantes de piedra y las nubes y la niebla al alcance de la mano. En fin, algo increible!

Las fotos fueron hechas con un objetivo zoom Canon, que se describe al final de este escrito.
