Very glad to know about it but when I saw this picture, I was just thinking how it tastes? I didn't know about it before. I didn't eat fruits too much, as I don't like to eat them but I am aware of their benefits. I think everyone should eat such beneficial things .

Happy to hear from you and that you were able to get to know a new fruit, many do not know quinces :) To eat raw quinces have a very strange taste and most would describe it as unedible… The taste depends on the maturity, first quinces are rather sour and if you leave them lying around they unfold more the flavor and become sweet. Typical is also the intense and unique smell which reminds of a mixture of different smells.
