Greetings! My first Hive post in the new year is for #WednesdayWalk challenge. It is the first time I went out with camera in the year 2023, and it brought me some nice captures.

A lot of snow have covered the streets, the air is fresh and all smells with snow. I took a deep breath, my fave 150mm telephoto lens, and grabbed some cool #streetphoto captures.

The most cool scene I encountered at the street... a bunch of kitties baloons!!! Luckily I didn't have to unholster my camera and got four shots of lady's back. IMHO, this is the case when eye contact was not that important :)

Flat 2-D version of a snowman drawn with snowballs on the tree trunk. I am always being attracted to such primitive (in a good way), naive, unsophisticated works of art.

The Big Carousel is active, and most attractions too. (ut there aint much kids there).

See? I added dynosaurs to the post title cause I really encountered them today! ;)

I took a few takes of the nice bird feeder I found -- created from a simple plastic milk bottle. Pay attention to the technical solution of the construction!

The last two are just pics of folks on the streets, dealing with snow. Municipal services do their job, but they do not evaporate the snow momentarily... so, folks have to take shovel and do some work, to free their cars from a snow trap.

Photographs full of love. First of all, the 5d is a very nice camera, but of course the skills of the shooter are always more important than the camera. You have captured very beautiful frames to give us these moments. You also adjusted the lighting very well. Congratulations. I hope one day I can take photos like you 😁🤗🤗

5D is my 2nd camera, comparing to the 1st one - 350D - it is as good as space.

У вас хоть снег есть... В Самаре что выпало, то сильно растаяло после оттепели и дождей. Теперь повсюду лед и маленькие снежные кучки. И в прогнозе на ближайшее время снега нет

"хоть", ага... под самый НГ почти все стаяло, был даже не день, а чуть ли не неделя жестянщика. но сейчас опять понавыпало. зато солнца нету вообще... свет приходится дорисовывать. поэтому и не гуляю кстати. то что вижу за окном никак не стимулирует хватать камеру и бежать наружу *-)

Happy new year to you and your family. I would very much like to live in an area where it snows all the time. Walking and playing in the snow has its own fun. Your camera result is so clean all the pictures looks very wonderful. Thanks for sharing your happiness with us.

Hi Jay! glad you like the visuals. I do not dare to shoot folks and their everyday life face to face.... but t150 or 200mm helps me a lot to do that! I dont remember, actually... have you got a telephoto in your arsenal?..
Lets have a Hive !BEER -- and look forward into the year 2023. Hope there will be great photo-walks, and Russia will loose this war asap, and we will breath out and get back to normal life..... ehehe

I think I rather go with these. They look nice (tho they are not great, i.e. not something very meaningfull). From these three, I probably would choose the dynosaurs one to add to another selection, presenting best #streetphotos of the year, or so. ...and a !PIZZA 🍕

О! ну, если у нас стукнет мороз, то оборотная сторона -- расчистится небо и появится солнце. Ради такого я готов потерпеть холод. Вечная хмарь и серость изрядно достаёт :))))
