2025 Refreshing night walk

I noticed yesterday we have got another nice photo challenge at #pob community, the week topic given is 'Leading lines'. (Join - its fun!) I selected some stuff from my Underground shoots made with wide angle (some of the captures were done with a fish-eye lens as well).

#POBPhotocontest run by @friendlymoose, refreshed a bit its conditions (moved to another community and paused POB token rewarding). Thus the new week has a hinting prompt - #fresh!

I wanted to take part in this (obviously, if you are reading this...)
The prompt is marvelous in terms it leaves a lot of room for your fantasy, creativity, one can develop different approaches of the subject; this is what I value a lot in such challenges.

So. My 1st thought was to shoot some tender-green sprouts or blooming spring flowers (you may check my recent post, actually it is a lot about this).

But something happened yesterday that made me change my mind. I am a person prone to instant impulses, sensitively reacting to random plot twists and fluctuations of the ether, looking out non-stop for signals sent directly to me by the universe... (now, try to guess my Horoscope sign?.. smile goes here).

Anyway, during my yesterday night walk to the city festival, I stumbled upon this. (I did not look around for any freshness, cause I already considered to post the spring plants sprouts...) It captured my eyes and I understood it clearly: this is it. Exactly! My yet unwritten blog for given topic. Coinsidence? Yes, maybe. A bit.

The bad thing was, that by the moment my camera was full. The battery was still operatable, but the 8Gb flash card said me 'cya' - and I found that I wasnt borrowing a spare one. Silly me! So, I had to unholster my veteran iphone 4 (yes! I still use it!) and take smartphone pics... which I share 'as is', without any post-processing. No photoshop magic today... If I could photograph this street-food display with my camera, to save capture in .raw file format, and process the photos - result could certainly look more luxurious. But I value spontaneity much more highly, the fact that the universe - in response to my request - sent me this plot, and will not ignore it.
