Sometimes I wake up with a huge urge to take photos. Morning is an ideal time for me — it’s incredibly peaceful, the light isn’t harsh yet, and the plants “wake up.” The patio fills with light in the mornings and, of course, goes dark at night. So I take advantage of the blessing of having it and get up straightaway to do that, without breakfast or changing clothes; it’s a very pleasant feeling, like being a National Geographic photographer, but of my own patio. The good thing is there’s always something new — I found mushrooms days after taking these photos.

A veces amanezco con unas ganas tremendas de hacer fotos, la mañana es un momento ideal para mi, es sumamente tranquilo, la luz aun no es dura, las plantas "despiertan". El patio se imunda de luz en las mañanas y claro se apaga por las noches. Así que aprovecho la dicha de tenerlo y me levanto directo a eso, sin desayunar o cambiarme, es una sensación sensación bastante grata, como ser fotógrafa de National Greographic pero de mi patio. Lo bueno es que siempre hay algo nuevo (encontré hongos días después de estas fotos).
